1. Kapsam ve Veri Sorumlusu

2. Topladığımız Veriler ve Amaçları

• Ziyaret (herkes): IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgisi ve bağlantı bilgileri, Cloudflare tarafından altyapı güvenliği amacıyla işlenir; bu kayıtların saklama süresi Cloudflare’in kendi politikasına tabidir. Uygulama kodumuz bu bilgileri kaydetmez.
• Bekleme listesi: e-posta adresi + kayıt kaynağı + zaman damgası. Amaç: bulut sürümü çıktığında haber vermek.

3. Uygulamada Kaydedilmeyen Veriler

Çerez kurulmaz (Cloudflare bot çerezleri dahil), analitik veya üçüncü taraf izleyici yoktur, ödeme bilgisi toplanmaz.

Proje adları ve harita içerikleriniz (yazdığınız tüm metinler dahil) ve oturum anahtarı yalnızca cihazınızda, tarayıcınızda tutulur.

Masaüstü bağlantısı için hiçbir veri gönderilmez, linki ya kopyalarsınız ya da kendi e-posta istemcinizle kendinize gönderirsiniz.

4. Alt İşleyiciler ve Yurt Dışına Aktarım

Tek alt işleyicimiz Cloudflare'dir: kenar ağ (Pages), Workers ve D1 veritabanı (bölge: EEUR, Doğu Avrupa). Bekleme listesi verileri Cloudflare D1 üzerinde, Doğu Avrupa bölgesinde saklanır. Bu bir yurt dışına aktarımdır. Cloudflare kendi veri işleme sözleşmesi (DPA) ile bağlıdır. Cloudflare’in merkezi ve bazı işlemleri farklı ülkelerden yürütülebilir.

5. Saklama Süreleri

• Bekleme listesi: lansmandan itibaren 6 ay, sonra silinir.
• Silinen veriler: D1 Time Travel gereği 7 güne kadar geri yükleme yedeklerinde teknik olarak kalabilir; pencere bitiminde kalıcı olarak yok olur.
• Kenar logları geçicidir; Logpush kapalıdır, kalıcı log aktarımı yoktur.

6. Güvenlik

Ziyaretçi ile uygulama arasındaki trafik HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Hesap ya da parola bulunmamaktadır.

7. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 kapsamında ve (AB’den erişiyorsanız) GDPR kapsamında; bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve taşınabilirlik haklarınız vardır. Taleplerinizi sbesir99@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız; kimliğinizi doğrulamak için gerekli olabilecek bilgiler dışında ek veri istemeyiz. Şikâyet hakkınız için Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na (AB’de yerleşikseniz yerel denetim makamınıza) başvurabilirsiniz.

8. Çocuklar

Hizmet, küçüklere yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır. Reşit olmayan kişilerin bilgilerinin bilerek toplanmadığını, bu tür bir bilgi fark edilirse silineceğini belirtiriz.

9. Değişiklikler ve İletişim

1. Scope and Data Controller

This policy covers getmindland.com and its subpages story.html and story-tech.html. Data controller: the MindLand developer, sbesir99@gmail.com.

2. Data We Collect and Purposes

• Visit (everyone): IP address, browser information and connection information are processed by Cloudflare for infrastructure security purposes. The retention period for these records is governed by Cloudflare’s own policy. Our application code does not store this information.
• Waitlist: email address + sign-up source + timestamp. Purpose: to notify you when the cloud version is released.

3. Data Not Stored by the Application

• No cookies are set (including Cloudflare bot cookies). There is no analytics or third-party tracker, and no payment information is collected.
• Project names and map content (including all text you write) and session keys are stored only on your device, in your browser.
• For the desktop link feature, no data is sent. You either copy the link or send it to yourself using your own email client.

4. Subprocessors and International Transfers

Our only subprocessor is Cloudflare: its edge network (Pages), Workers and the D1 database (region: EEUR, Eastern Europe). Waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare D1 in the Eastern Europe region. This is a transfer to a third country. Cloudflare is bound by its data processing agreement (DPA). Cloudflare’s headquarters and some of its operations may be carried out from other countries.

5. Retention Periods

• Waitlist: deleted 6 months after launch.
• Deleted data: under D1 Time Travel, deleted data may technically remain in restore backups for up to 7 days; it is permanently removed when that window ends.
• Edge logs are temporary, Logpush is disabled, and there is no persistent log export.

6. Security

Traffic between visitors and the application is encrypted with HTTPS. There are no accounts or passwords.

7. Your Rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Article 11, and under the GDPR if you access the service from the EU/EEA, you have the rights to request information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, email sbesir99@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days at most. We will not request additional data beyond what may be needed to verify your identity. You may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) or, if you are established in the EU, with your local supervisory authority.

8. Children

The service is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of majority. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it.
